Kris Rainsberger serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of NOCO Group (Antigua and Barbuda) Limited. Mr. Rainsberger is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, including project development, investor relations, financial oversight, and the coordination of large-scale construction and hospitality development projects. Mr. Rainsberger has extensive experience in real estate development, construction management, and international project coordination. His background includes leading complex construction projects, development initiatives, and business operations across multiple sectors including residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
In his role as CEO, Mr. Rainsberger oversees:
